 We begin with a detailed consultation covering your goals, training history, injuries, work pattern and lifestyle.
This provides the insight needed to design a realistic and effective plan.

 We then complete a structured fitness and movement assessment.
This allows us to identify strengths, limitations and any areas that require extra focus.

 Once we have your information, we design your training and nutrition plan and schedule your sessions.
From this point onward, every session is planned for you and your progress is monitored closely.

All subscription plans run on a minimum 3-month minimum term so we have enough time to get you real results. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point during those 3 months.

Direct access to your coach and dietitian via WhatsApp for questions, form checks and quick guidance.

Yes. All our packages include a personalised meal plan created by our registered dietitian, tailored to your goals and lifestyle. You’ll also receive clear guidance on nutrition and, where appropriate, evidence-based supplement recommendations to support your results. 


We offer fully personalised coaching, not generic workouts. You get one-to-one support, structured programming, and ongoing communication so your training fits your lifestyle and delivers real, measurable results. 


Absolutely. I work with all ages and fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Your program is tailored to your starting point and progresses at a pace that’s right for you. 


Yes. Whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle, improve performance, or simply feel healthier and more confident, your plan will be built around your exact goals. 


Yes. We can design sessions to improve your strength, speed, power, agility or endurance for your chosen sport.


Most clients start to notice changes in energy, strength and confidence within the first few weeks, as long as they follow the plan. Our focus is fast and sustainable progress, not quick fixes. 


For best results we usually recommend 2–3 sessions per week. If your schedule is tighter, we’ll build a plan that maximises the time you do have and give you clear guidance for workouts on your own. 


We do not require any long-term commitments from our clients. We understand that everyone's fitness journey is unique, and some may prefer a short-term program while others may be looking for a more long-term solution.  That's why we offer a variety of options to suit your needs. We believe in earning your business through results and a commitment to helping you reach your goals. 


Life happens. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll reschedule your session to the next available time, in line with the cancellation policy of your package. 


Yes.  We offer semi-private sessions for 2 people, which can be a great way to share the cost and keep each other motivated. 


Definitely. We’ll design a realistic plan around your work, family and social life so you can stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.


You can train alone, but a trainer helps you avoid guesswork, reduce injury risk and reach your goals faster. Our job is to give you structure, support and accountability so you get more from every session. 


The length of your training will depend on your individual goals and fitness level. Some clients may only need a few weeks of training to achieve their desired results, while others may choose to train with us for several months. Many of our clients enjoy the benefits of long-term training to continue improving and challenging themselves.
