As a passionate and dedicated dietitian-nutritionist, I am here to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. My love for health sciences and a strong desire to help people adopt a healthy way of living drive me to continuously learn and improve my skills.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that a healthy lifestyle is achieved through a combination of proper nutrition and exercise. I specialize in helping individuals, including athletes, to transform their bodies through targeted nutrition plans while ensuring optimal levels of health.
I hold a BSc (Hons) First Class (A) degree from Aegean College through Canterbury Christ Church University in Great Britain and a masters degree (ΜΒΑ) in business administration from Athens Graduate School of Management through Nottingham Trent University in Great Britain.
My expertise in sports nutrition was further strengthened through completion of the educational seminar "Sports Nutrition Specialist" in collaboration with the Academy of Sports Nutrition in the UK. I am also accredited with ISAK Level 1 from the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK).
In addition, I have completed a HEALTH COACHING program for health professionals through the National Kapodistrian University of Athens to broaden my understanding of dietetics and provide a more holistic approach to my clients' health.
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in private dietetic offices, at Holmes Place Fitness Club in Athens, and at the model center for Metabolic Self-Regulation and Wellness, HOMOIOSTASIS.
Currently, I work as a freelance dietitian-nutritionist, helping my clients make informed and practical choices about their food and health. I provide each client with a personalized care plan, tailored to meet their individual needs and goals, based on a comprehensive assessment of their nutritional condition.
