Lykourgos is a registered dietitian-nutritionist based in Athens, Greece. He helps people improve their health, performance and everyday energy through clear, practical nutrition guidance.
In his private practice, he works 1-to-1 with clients in person and online across different countries, creating meal strategies that are realistic, enjoyable and tailored to each individual rather than strict, one-size-fits-all diets.

My focus is to support you in building eating habits that work in the real world. Together we can:
Every plan is personalised to your needs, routine and food preferences.
I hold a BSc (Hons) First Class (A) degree from Aegean College through Canterbury Christ Church University in Great Britain and a masters degree (ΜΒΑ) in business administration from Athens Graduate School of Management through Nottingham Trent University in Great Britain.
My expertise in sports nutrition has been further developed through completion of the educational seminar "Sports Nutrition Specialist" in collaboration with the Academy of Sports Nutrition in the UK. I am also accredited with ISAK Level 1 from the International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK).
In addition, I have completed a HEALTH COACHING program for health professionals through the National Kapodistrian University of Athens to broaden my understanding of dietetics and provide a more holistic approach to my clients' health. I also continue to attend health-coaching and dietetics courses to stay up to date with the latest evidence in nutrition science.

Over the years, I have gained experience in private dietetic practices and fitness clubs in Athens, including Holmes Place Fitness Club and the model centre for Metabolic Self-Regulation and Wellness, HOMOIOSTASIS. These roles allowed me to work with a wide range of nutrition and health needs in real-life settings.

Today I run my own office in Athens, working 1-to-1 with clients both in person and online with people from Greece and abroad. My focus is on practical, personalised nutrition guidance that fits everyday life, helping each person make informed choices and build sustainable habits rather than follow short-term diets.

I help you manage your weight with a realistic, sustainable plan based on your lifestyle, medical history, and food preferences. Together we create a structure that fits your day, reduces confusion around portions, and helps you move steadily toward your target weight.

Sports nutrition is a specialized field that helps athletes and active individuals optimize their nutrition for optimal performance. Whether you're training for a competition, or simply trying to get in shape, I can help you choose the right foods to fuel your body, improve recovery, and perform at your best.

Plant-based and vegetarian diets can be very healthy when they are well planned. I help you structure your meals so you get all the nutrients you need while still enjoying the foods you love.

Low energy often has more than one cause. I work with you to review your current eating habits, schedule, and lifestyle, then create a nutrition plan that supports more stable energy levels throughout the day so you can feel more focused and productive.
