We start with a free 15-minute discovery call to understand your goals, medical history and expectations, and to make sure this service is right for you.

Once you decide to go ahead and complete payment, you receive an online questionnaire and (if needed) a short food diary so we can understand your routine, preferences and challenges in detail.

You then have a 60–90 minute video consultation. We review your assessment, discuss your lifestyle, answer questions and agree realistic goals and an approach that fits you.

Across the 4 weeks you have three 30-minute follow-up consultations to review progress, troubleshoot challenges and adjust your plan so you stay on track.
