My name is Daniel Galanis, and fitness has been part of my life from day one. I grew up in a gym environment, learning early the value of discipline, consistency and hard work.
Over the years I’ve trained with top coaches, served in the Greek military, and practised Kung Fu at a competitive level. These experiences shaped my coaching style: structured, focused and mentally tough, but always supportive.
I created Exodos Fitness to help people break out of limits – whether that’s low confidence, lack of direction or years of starting and stopping. My role is to guide you with a clear plan, honest feedback and the mindset you need to keep going.
